What My Clients Are Saying
Prioritize your life class was a breath of fresh air. Becky’s ability to connect wherever you are at in your journey was both practical and meaningful. If you wanted to go deeper on any subject she was armed with a depth of value added content and a deep understanding of the underlying attributes. Her action orientation allowed me to take small steps in the direction I was aiming at. She focused on creating a space where self judgment was not allowed and a focus on future was the expectation. This class is an opportunity to reset. I highly suggest this class.
This class was exactly what I have been needing for years. The logical framework of first assessing where you’re at, then planning where you want to go, and finally articulating specifically how you will get there helped me fully process and organize the many different aspects of my life. The personal stories, examples, and facts provided a good foundation, the act of simply writing things down helped solidify what was in my head, and sharing my thoughts verbally with peers made me think one step deeper to explain it to someone else with little context. I learned a lot about myself, from what motivates/de-motivates me, to what brings me energy, to what boundaries I need to build/protect, and to my prioritized values across different parts of my life. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who is looking for the space, resources, guidance, and support to remember, re-define, re-focus, or understand who they are and where they are going. I personally walked away from the class with a clear sense of direction, including realistic action steps I could take to start accomplishing my objectives and specific ways to hold myself accountable in order to carry the momentum far into the future!
I valued the insight that the class gave me on how I am using my time. Until I really took a good look at how my time was used I wasn’t able to make the changes I needed to make progress in my life and career. Then I was able to dial in my focus on what I felt was important and what needed improvement. Coming into this class I had low expectations for the benefit it would have for me. I was wrong in my assumption and think you have a very valuable program that can help many people in many levels of their life.
I was fortunate to be able to work with Becky a few times over the past few years. I was struggling with being extremely unorganized, balancing work/kids & my family life and finding time and energy to purge and get my house tidy and finally feel like HOME. I had a vision of what I wanted my house to look like, but really struggled on committing to getting rid of items. When Becky came over, we got right to business. She had me really think about the items I had in my house, and how they made me feel. She also helped me understand that people don’t really need 50 blankets/sheets 😉 What I found really helpful was that after we completed the day, and I had my piles of “donate/garbage” she took all of the donated bags/piles with her. I especially liked this because with having these items out of my house/off my property I had no desire to go dig out any items and save them again. She helped me with a few rooms in my house, and since then I’ve been able to make smart decisions and get rid of items that no longer bring me joy. I’ve been able to declutter almost every room of my house, and donating has never been easier.
All in all, I had a great experience working with Becky.
Not enough time in the day? Too much to do? Always exhausted but feeling like you’re not making progress? If you’re looking for help prioritizing the important things in your life, I recommend you take Becky’s course. Becky takes you through different exercises to identify what fulfills you and what drains you, then helps you make a plan for balance. She brings a unique blend of perspectives as a veteran, professional, and mother, to be able to connect with a wide variety of people and their experiences. Becky empathy and passion for helping you find the right path for your situation is second to none.
I’m so glad I took this class! I still have work to do but I find myself referencing what I learned quite often. I try to checkin to recognize whether a person or situation is draining or filling my energy vase and having goals written down and shared (!!) helps with accountability. (Yep, I wouldn’t have gotten even as far as I did if I hadn’t written them down). Some of what you covered I had heard before and probably even said, ‘that’s me. I should totally make xyz change” but hearing it in class, from someone who has lived everything she’s teaching really made it hit home and made me want to take action and stick to it.
With appreciation for your class…Tonight we shared our legacy, mine included travel with family and a mission trip. By creating this space and time I was able to truly identify the legacy I want to leave to inspire my children to embrace and learn about other cultures and places and a legacy of helping and serving others. With your sharing and the sharing of others in the class I am starting to go beyond the surface, something I have not taken the time to do for a while.
With a grateful heart,
